How We Started Our Journey..

Raosaheb Narayanrao Joshi developed initially small resort for his summer residence when he was manager of PantPratinidhi of Vishalgad. Then it's converted into the present avatar over the years by Dr Ajit and Dr (Mrs) Kanchan Joshi. Dr Ajit is a practicing physician and nephrologist at Kolhapur and is in business of hospital and hospitality.

We had one lunch at Amba resort on our Pawankhind trip. The resort is located on the main road. We ordered veg as well as a non-veg meal. Non-veg meal was tasty whereas veg food was average. Overall the service was quick. The hotel also have budget rooms but we didn't stay.

Good & Reasonable Food Well located property. They have elaborate menu inclusive of maharashtrian, punjabi & chinese fare. Reasonably priced. It has good layout, clean washrooms & have quick service. Its a quaint place which also has a play area for kids & adequate parking space.

The Best Place to Recharge in Amba "It was my family trip to THE AMBA RESORT at Amba. We got a personal attentin our stay from Mr. Ail G. Which i have never experience in my many trips of india. The food was excellent with variety espesially if you are ninvegitarian. The food served was not just anything availiable, but a balance food with best quqlity.
